  在成立Lowlands & Partnets家族办公室之前，欧文先生曾是针对外籍客户的亚洲最大的财富管理公司的合伙人和股东，在那里他和他的团队管理超过200个家庭的财富，持有HKSI香港证券及投资协会资产管理证书。

  Prior to setting up Lowlands and Partners Family office Mr Verschueren was a Senior Partner and shareholder of one of Asia's largest wealth management companies for expatriates, where he and his team were managing over 200 families.

  His dedication, attention LO detail and customer service have made the company lourish and even become one of the most influential companies in the industry.

  欧文先生生于荷兰，他有若超过20年的财富管理及服务经验，中国工作和生活16年。

  Born in the Netherlands, Mr. Verschucren has more than 20 years of wealth management and service experience and holds a HKSI Hong Kong Securities and Investment Association Asset Management Certificate. He has worked and lived inchina for 16 years. 

  他运用其在欧洲的庞大关系及独到的投资顾问眼光，为家族办公室的客户提供绝妙的投资机会，并精通英语，荷兰语，德语，法语和西班牙语。

  Using his strong European connections and unique investment advisory vision, he provides excellent investment opportunities for Family Oflice clients and isproficient in English, Dutch, German French and Spanish.

 

 

孟娜女士

创始合伙人及CEO

  孟娜女士，出生于北京。职业生涯一直专注于高端生活方式，曾在喜达屋集团和美国AEG集团及英国Quintessen-tially集团从事市场营销多年。她在高端市场营销上拥有丰富的经验，曾为国内及国际500强企业提供高端咨询服务。

  Ms. Meng was born in Bejing. The past 20 years she has lived in Bejing. Shanghai and Europe Her professional areer has been focused on the High-end Lifestyle industry and she has been engaged with the Starwood Croup, AEG Group, the Quintessentially Group in the United Kingdom and various others corporations.

  因她对中国及欧洲文化的双面认知能力及深厚的国际化的背景关系，常年为国内高净值客户根据其自身情况提供专业及适合的家庭海外全方位一对一解决方案。包含:瑞士及欧洲精英国际教育，瑞士及欧洲移居，海外资产配置及海外信托设立等定制顾问服务。

  Ms. Meng has a rich experience in sales and marketing and has provided consulting services on high end lifestyle solutions for Domestic and International top 500 enterprises as well as to private high networth domestic clients.It is because of her rich experience, her two-sided awareness of Chinese and Western cultures and her profes-sional approach that Lowlands and Partners has been able to grow into one of the leading family offices in Asia, providing professional and suitable one-to-one tailor made solutions for high net worth customers.

 

 

宋宁先生

  宋宁先生毕业于美国，中国注册税务师，经济学硕士和法学硕士，国际商会中国委员会税务专委会执行主席，企业税务总监协会执行副会长，中国财税法研究会理事，中国资产证券化论坛税务委员会主席。

  Mr. Song Ning is a United States graduate; He is a China certified CPA. He has a Master's degree in economics and Master's degree in law; He has served as the Executive Chairman of the Tax Committee of the China International Chamber of Commerce. He is the Executive Vice-Chair man of the Enterprise CTO Association, a Director of the China Association for Fiscal and Tax Law and the Chairman of the Tax Committee at the China Securitization Forum; 

  曾就职于某四大会计师事务所领导华北区国际税转业务。曾任职万达集团税务总监，主导完成多起万达海外投资和并购的税务筹划(如瑞士盈方、美国传奇、印度工业城等项目)。成功案例不计其数，先后服务于国内百强企业家。

  Mr. Song worked for one of the four major accounting firms and served as the Tax Director for the Wanda Group, guiding the completion of tax plans for Wanda's overseas investments and M & A projects (including projects like: Swiss Infront, American legend, Indian Industrial City etc) He assisted more than 20 of the Richest People in China in taxation planning, with numerous successful Cases for top enterprises.

  目前除了担任诺兰瑞托家族办公室董事成员外，还担任税务顾问，为企业和个人提供整体税务筹划，同时为中税资讯集团董事长。

  Presently, besides being a member of the board of Lowlands and Partners, Mr. Song is serving as a taxation consultant, providing taxation planing for enterprises and individual families. Mr. Song is the president of the CTAC Group.

蔡奋强先生

董事

  蔡先生毕业于香港大学公司及金融法硕士学位，是中国香港及英国和威尔士的注册律师。于2007年至2014年担任中国最大的外资银行汇丰银行中国总部合规副总监及总监。

  Mr. Choi graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a Master's degree in corporate and finance Law. He is a solicitor in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China and England and Wales of the UK,Between 2007 and 2014 Mr. Choi served as the Deputy Head and Head of Compliance of HSBC China, the largest foreign banks in Mainland China. 

  曾就职于某四大会计师事务所领导华北区国际税转业务。曾任职万达集团税务总监，主导完成多起万达海外投资和并购的税务筹划(如瑞士盈方、美国传奇、印度工业城等项目)。成功案例不计其数，先后服务于国内百强企业家。

  Mr. Choi is an experienced and highly regarded member of the legal and banking industry. He was stationed in Hong Kong, London, Bejjing and Shanghai and he has rich management experience and a social network at home and abroad. He is also appointed as an executor by the court of Hong Kong for a large estate and is experienced in legacy matters.

  Currently, besides being a member of the board of Lowlands and Partners. Mr. Choi is serving as a legal consultant, providing legal advisory services to multinational enterprises and financial institutions.
